Edit Actions boot logos ​batch file (bin -> bmp -> bin)

An old batch tool package updated so it now can convert also Ainol-Actions boot logo bin files to bmp format 
and then back to bin... (previously it just converted initlogo.rle files to bmp format and then back to rle). 
For 16 BPP images only (that Ainol use at the moment).
